Within the framework of the CRUEX++ project, both a methodology and a computational tool for estimation of extreme floods have been developed for dam safety purpose. The developed methodology allows to estimate the hydrograph of the safety flood based on the PMP-PMF approach (probable maximum precipitation-probable maximum flood).
